- 1 tube of store-bought crescent dough
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach (frozen, squeezed dry)
- 1/2 cup jarred artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent dough on a flat surface.
- In a mixing bowl, mash together the cottage cheese, spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly and slice into individual pieces.
- Place the rolls on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm straight from the oven. Leftovers can be reheated in a toaster oven for freshness.
