Perfect Air Fryer Poached Eggs – Easy, Effortless & Foolproof
Ingredients

- 2 large eggs (or more depending on air fryer size)
- Hot water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Fresh herbs
- Red pepper flakes
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
Instructions
- Lightly spray small ramekins with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin and season lightly with salt.
- Cover each ramekin tightly with foil to help trap steam.
- Place the ramekins into the air fryer and cook at 360°F (182°C) for 5–7 minutes depending on yolk preference.
- Lift a ramekin with tongs and gently jiggle—whites should be set, yolk still soft.
- Use a spoon to gently lift the poached eggs onto toast, bowls, or salads. Season and enjoy!
