Description

Perfect Air Fryer Poached Eggs – Easy, Effortless & Foolproof


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large eggs (or more depending on air fryer size)
  • Hot water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Fresh herbs
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray small ramekins with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Pour about 2 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.
  3. Crack one egg into each ramekin and season lightly with salt.
  4. Cover each ramekin tightly with foil to help trap steam.
  5. Place the ramekins into the air fryer and cook at 360°F (182°C) for 5–7 minutes depending on yolk preference.
  6. Lift a ramekin with tongs and gently jiggle—whites should be set, yolk still soft.
  7. Use a spoon to gently lift the poached eggs onto toast, bowls, or salads. Season and enjoy!
