Description

A quick and easy Asian Sweet Ginger Beef Stir Fry perfect for busy weeknights, featuring tender beef, crisp vegetables, and a flavorful sweet-savory ginger sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Beef, sliced (sirloin or flank)
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce (or tamari/coconut aminos for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups Rice or Noodles, for serving
  • 1 tablespoon Oil, for cooking
  • Optional: Fresh herbs (cilantro, Thai basil), sesame oil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Slice beef against the grain and chop vegetables into uniform pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 2-4 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix minced ginger, soy sauce, and chili flakes (if using).
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir to coat and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Serve the Asian Sweet Ginger Beef Stir Fry over hot rice or noodles. Garnish with fresh herbs or sesame oil if desired.

Notes
