- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar (2 ounces)
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 1/2 cup prepared pie filling (blueberry, strawberry, cherry, or raspberry)
Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Crumble topping according to the linked recipe.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and confectioner’s sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in two additions.
- Spoon a tablespoonful of pie filling into the bottom of eight 4-ounce jars.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling on top of the pie filling.
