Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar (2 ounces)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/2 cup prepared pie filling (blueberry, strawberry, cherry, or raspberry)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crumble topping according to the linked recipe.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and confectioner’s sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
