Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the unwrapped wheel of brie onto the parchment paper.
- Score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern, about 1/4-inch deep.
- Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the honey.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is soft and melted.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter. Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or fruit.
