- 4 sub rolls or hoagie rolls
- ½ lb roast beef deli slices
- ½ lb beef salami slices
- ½ lb beef pepperoni slices
- 8–12 slices provolone cheese
- Lettuce, tomatoes, or onions (optional for serving)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup Italian dressing (pork-free)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice rolls lengthwise, keeping one side attached.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and salt.
- Generously brush garlic butter inside each roll.
- Spoon a little Italian dressing into each roll.
- Add roast beef first, then beef salami, then beef pepperoni.
- Place 2–3 slices provolone into each sandwich.
- Wrap each sandwich loosely in foil to retain moisture.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until cheese melts and sandwiches are heated through.
- Open foil and bake 3–4 more minutes for light crispiness.
- Add optional toppings like lettuce or onions and enjoy immediately.
