Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix olive oil and lime juice in a bowl and drizzle over the salmon.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, blend avocados until smooth to create the sauce.
- Serve the salmon with avocado sauce on top, garnished with cilantro.
