Indulge in Biscoff Baked Oats for a Cozy Morning Treat


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Egg replacer or flax egg
  • 50 g coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup dairy free milk
  • 2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Blend all ingredients except the Biscoff spread until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin and dollop the Biscoff spread in the center.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are firm and the top is golden brown.
  5. Cool slightly before serving.
