Ingredients

- 1 Egg replacer or flax egg
- 50 g coconut yogurt
- ½ cup oats
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup dairy free milk
- 2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Blend all ingredients except the Biscoff spread until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin and dollop the Biscoff spread in the center.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are firm and the top is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
