Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

  • Granola

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or glass jar, mix together the milk, plain Greek yogurt, chia seeds, wild frozen blueberries, and maple syrup or honey.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes, then stir or shake again.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and chill for at least 3 to 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  4. After chilling, stir thoroughly and add your favorite toppings like fresh berries, nut butter, granola, or nuts.
