Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, cubed ham, and frozen peas.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce.
