- 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds (from 1 large pomegranate)
- ¾ cup (2.6 oz / 75 g) pistachio nuts
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Melt the chopped bittersweet chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment and smooth it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and pistachio nuts over the warm chocolate and press them in.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Break the bark into roughly 15 pieces or cut with a knife.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Serve as a festive snack or gift.
