Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds (from 1 large pomegranate)
  • ¾ cup (2.6 oz / 75 g) pistachio nuts

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt the chopped bittersweet chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment and smooth it into an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and pistachio nuts over the warm chocolate and press them in.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  6. Break the bark into roughly 15 pieces or cut with a knife.
