Description

Delicious Christmas Baked Salmon Recipe for Festive Feasts

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Fresh herbs (dill and parsley)
  • Lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking. You can also line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and honey to make the marinade.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down. Generously brush the marinade over the fillets, making sure to cover them well.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon fillets to taste.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout.
  7. Once out of the oven, garnish the salmon with extra fresh herbs and lemon slices.
  8. Serve the Christmas Baked Salmon warm with your favorite sides, like roasted vegetables or a festive salad.
