Delicious Christmas Baked Salmon Recipe for Festive Feasts
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Fresh herbs (dill and parsley)
- Lemon juice
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking. You can also line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and honey to make the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down. Generously brush the marinade over the fillets, making sure to cover them well.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon fillets to taste.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout.
- Once out of the oven, garnish the salmon with extra fresh herbs and lemon slices.
- Serve the Christmas Baked Salmon warm with your favorite sides, like roasted vegetables or a festive salad.
