Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Continue to beat until the sugar is fully incorporated, and the dip is smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips (or chocolate chunks) with a spatula until evenly distributed.
- Taste the dip and add a pinch of salt, if desired, to balance sweetness. Add more chocolate chips if preferred.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
