Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chill mixing bowls for fluffier whipped cream.
- Prepare cookie layers by arranging whole cookies or crumbling them. Lightly toast at 325°F for 5 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla, then folding in prepared pudding.
- Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Start layering: place a layer of cookies, spread 1/3 of the cream mixture, repeat until all layers are used, ending with a cream layer.
- Chill for 4-6 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, add final toppings like cookie crumbs or cocoa dusting.
- Slice with a hot knife for clean edges.
