  • 12 units Mini Sugar Cones (Waffle cones can also be used but may be bulkier.)
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (For eyes and buttons.)
  • 12 units Orange Candies (e.g., Tic Tacs) (For noses.)
  • 1 cup White Icing (Acts as glue for decorations.)
  • 12 units Pretzel Sticks (For arms.)
  • 6 strips Fruit Leather Strips (Cut into strips for scarves.)

Instructions

  1. Start by taking the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and letting it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften for easy scooping.
  2. Once the ice cream has softened, scoop a larger ball for the body and a smaller one for the head, stacking the smaller scoop atop the larger.
  3. Transfer the assembled snowmen onto a parchment-lined tray and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Retrieve the tray and decorate with mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons, an orange candy for the nose, and a mini sugar cone as the hat.
  5. If any decorations feel loose, return the snowmen to the freezer for another 10 minutes to secure toppings.
  6. Once fully frozen and set, serve on a festive platter or individual plates.
