  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese (2%)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 4 slices turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup baby arugula
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine the cottage cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread into an even rectangle.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Layer the turkey, arugula, tomato, and drizzle with balsamic glaze on one side. Serve and enjoy!
