- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (as needed)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, onion, celery, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- If the mixture seems too dry, add chicken broth a little at a time until it holds together.
- Form the mixture into balls (about 1-2 inches in diameter).
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
