Description

Delicious bite-sized balls of turkey and stuffing, with a zesty cranberry twist, perfect for any holiday table or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (as needed)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, onion, celery, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. If the mixture seems too dry, add chicken broth a little at a time until it holds together.
  4. Form the mixture into balls (about 1-2 inches in diameter).
  5. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
