Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, feta, eggs, flour, and seasonings until mixed well.
- Scoop portions onto the prepared tray while leaving space between each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
