Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Cold water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rinse celery and cucumber, chop them quickly.
  2. Toss celery, cucumber, lime juice, and a splash of cold water into a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth; strain if desired.
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy!
