- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk the egg yolks into the raw heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or freeze and stir every hour until it reaches the desired consistency.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use raw heavy cream. Can be served plain or topped with crumbled bacon or whipped cream.
