- 8 ounces Uncooked Penne Pasta
- 1 pound Diced Chicken Breast
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked penne pasta, diced chicken breast, and marinara sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the casserole. Add breadcrumbs and drizzle olive oil on top.
- Return the casserole to the oven without the cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
