Ingredients

  • 1 pound Diced Chicken Breast
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked penne pasta, diced chicken breast, and marinara sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the casserole. Add breadcrumbs and drizzle olive oil on top.
  5. Return the casserole to the oven without the cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
