Description

One Pan Ham & Cheese Tortellini combines rich flavors and comforting textures in a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Red curry paste
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 12 ounces Dumplings
  • 2 cups Bok choy
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Chili crisp oil
  • 2 cups Jasmine rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large baking dish, combine the coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth, then grate in garlic and ginger.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop bok choy and slice zucchini, mixing into the curry mixture.
  3. Place the dumplings in a single layer, pressing them into the broth. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Once out of the oven, add garnishes and serve over jasmine rice or noodles.
