Ingredients

Instructions
- Grab a glass or jar and start with 1 cup of cold water (or warm, if preferred).
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Give it a good stir and taste.
- If too tangy, add more water; if too spicy, reduce cayenne next time.
Notes
For variation, add fresh mint, ice, or sparkling water. Can be tweaked according to personal taste.
