  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon slices, for serving

  2. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Pat dry to help with browning.
  4. Brush or spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Add fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
