Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory bites filled with ground beef, cheese, and garlic, wrapped in biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Once cooled, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each.
  7. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and dried parsley (if using).
  9. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
