Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the gourd into chunks or slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25 to 40 minutes, checking for crisp edges and tenderness.
- Once done, enjoy as is or add to your favorite dishes!
