Description

This Grilled Triple Citrus Salmon features tender salmon fillets marinated and glazed with a vibrant blend of orange, lemon, and lime juices combined with orange marmalade, garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon filets
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup orange marmalade
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, orange marmalade, minced garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar until well combined.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch and water together to form a slurry. Slowly add this to the marinade mixture while stirring continuously. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set aside half for glazing.
  3. Lay the salmon filets skin side down on cedar planks or a well-oiled grill grate. Season with salt and pepper. Brush half of the marinade over the tops of the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the salmon on a preheated grill over medium-high heat. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Transfer the grilled salmon to serving plates. Brush the reserved marinade over each filet. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use cedar planks for enhanced flavor.
