Ham and Cheese Sliders are quick and easy to make. They combine sweet rolls, savory ham, melty cheese, and a buttery glaze.

- 1 (12-oz) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (divided)
- 12 ounces deli ham (thinly sliced)
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 7×11-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Cut the slider buns in half horizontally. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom layer and Dijon mustard on the top layer.
- Place the bottom layer of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the ham and cheese over the rolls, then add the top layer.
- Melt the butter and mix with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and minced onion.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the rolls and spread evenly.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Let the sliders rest for 3-5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
