  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, dill, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes to make the firecracker chicken marinade.
