- 3–4 oz dark chocolate
- Sea salt (optional)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine puffed quinoa and peanut butter until well mixed.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate into the quinoa mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, pressing down to pack it tightly.
- Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Once hardened, remove from the muffin tin and enjoy as a healthy snack.
