  • Finely diced green bell peppers
  • Chopped chives
  • Crushed pecans or walnuts
  • Shredded cheese
  • Finely chopped dried cranberries
  • Crushed crackers
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Small herb stems
  • Tiny vegetable slices

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, green onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm enough to shape.
  3. Scoop and roll mixture into small bite-sized cheese balls.
  4. Place desired coatings into small bowls.
  5. Coat each cheese ball completely in your chosen toppings.
  6. Insert a pretzel stick, herb stem, or veggie piece into the top.
  7. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
