Description

Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders are a delicious combination of flavors and textures, perfect for a meal or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil if needed. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, brush the honey mustard dressing over the chicken, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thinner pieces suitable for sliders.
  6. On each slider bun, layer a slice of chicken, a piece of bacon, a few pieces of lettuce, and a slice of tomato. Drizzle a little extra honey mustard on top if desired.
  7. Close the sliders with the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of honey mustard to your taste.
  • You can use turkey bacon as a substitute for regular bacon.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or cheese.
