Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders are a delicious combination of flavors and textures, perfect for a meal or snack.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil if needed. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
- In the last minute of cooking, brush the honey mustard dressing over the chicken, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thinner pieces suitable for sliders.
- On each slider bun, layer a slice of chicken, a piece of bacon, a few pieces of lettuce, and a slice of tomato. Drizzle a little extra honey mustard on top if desired.
- Close the sliders with the top bun and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of honey mustard to your taste.
- You can use turkey bacon as a substitute for regular bacon.
