Description
A refreshing and nutritious Greek Salad made with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, and feta cheese, ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients

- 4 large vine tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 a red onion
- 16 Kalamata olives
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 85g feta cheese
- 4 tbsp Greek extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Wash all your vegetables thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- Cut the tomatoes into irregular wedges.
- Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and chop it into bite-sized chunks.
- Slice the red onion very thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
- Add the Kalamata olives whole and place the feta cheese on top in large chunks.
- Sprinkle oregano over the salad and drizzle with olive oil just before serving.
- Gently toss to combine just before serving.

Serve with fresh bread or pita on the side for a complete meal.
