Description

A refreshing and nutritious Greek Salad made with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, and feta cheese, ready in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large vine tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 a red onion
  • 16 Kalamata olives
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 85g feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp Greek extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash all your vegetables thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticides.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into irregular wedges.
  3. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and chop it into bite-sized chunks.
  4. Slice the red onion very thinly.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
  6. Add the Kalamata olives whole and place the feta cheese on top in large chunks.
  7. Sprinkle oregano over the salad and drizzle with olive oil just before serving.
  8. Gently toss to combine just before serving.
