Instructions

  1. Prep the Brie: Carefully slice the Brie cheese into 1-inch thick rounds. Place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  2. Prepare the Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, sea salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix until coated.
  3. Make the Honey Drizzle: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed and warmed.
  4. Coat the Brie Rounds: Take the chilled Brie rounds out of the refrigerator. Gently press each round into the pistachio mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Air Fry the Brie: Preheat your air fryer to 370°F. Place the coated Brie rounds in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve the Brie: Remove the Brie rounds from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Drizzle the warm honey mixture over the top and garnish with fresh herbs.
