Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Rotisserie chicken (optional)

- Homemade Alfredo sauce or store-bought

- Unsalted butter

- Fresh baguette or ciabatta

Instructions
- Start by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing it into thin strips.
- In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette or ciabatta in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, mix together 4 tablespoons of softened butter and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Spread this mixture generously over the inside of the bread.
- On the buttered side of the bread, layer the sliced chicken, then pour the creamy Alfredo sauce over it. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped parsley on top for a fresh touch. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
