- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the dry ingredients.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- Fold in dried fruit and nuts.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look shiny, about 10-12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool before enjoying.
Notes
