Ingredients

  • 6 steamed bao buns
  • ½ cup cucumber pickles (quick-pickled)
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the chicken in Korean BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
