Instructions
- Fill a glass with room-temperature water.
- Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice or pour bottled lemon juice into the glass.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly.
- Sip slowly first thing in the morning.
