Description

A refreshing morning drink combining pink salt and lemon juice to boost hydration and curb cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 glass of room-temperature water
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • Fresh or bottled lemon juice (to taste)
  • Honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with room-temperature water.
  2. Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water.
  3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice or pour bottled lemon juice into the glass.
  4. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
  5. Sip slowly first thing in the morning.
