Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the snack mix from sticking as it sets.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Lucky Charms cereal, pretzels, popped popcorn, M&M’s, sprinkles, and peanuts if using, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, carefully melt the white chocolate in short 20-30 second bursts, stirring thoroughly between each burst until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the combined dry ingredients and stir well to coat all pieces evenly with the chocolate.
- Transfer the coated mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Allow it to cool and set for about 10 to 15 minutes until the white chocolate firms up.
