Description
Maple Glazed Bacon Chicken Bites: An Amazing Ultimate Recipe
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 slices of bacon, cut in half
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Creating Maple Glazed Bacon Chicken Bites is simple if you follow these easy steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Bacon: Cut the bacon slices in half. You’ll wrap each piece of chicken with a half slice of bacon.
- In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. Toss the chicken pieces in this seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Take a seasoned chicken piece and wrap it with a half slice of bacon. Secure it with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat until all chicken pieces are wrapped.
- In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup and soy sauce. Mix well to create the glaze.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken bites on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Using a brush, generously coat each chicken bite with the maple glaze.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and brush with more glaze.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
