- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla and mint extracts.
- Gradually add the flour and salt to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool for a few minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar while they are still warm.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or gifting.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality mint extract and do not overmix the dough.
