Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla and mint extracts.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar while they are still warm.
  9. Allow to cool completely before serving or gifting.
