Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 2 tablespoons Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Nashville Hot Wing Sauce
- 4 Brioche Buns
- 4 slices Dill Pickles
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken with Nashville hot chicken seasoning, mixing gently to maintain tenderness. Form into equally sized patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken patties into the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden-brown.
- Just before you remove the patties, brush each side with Nashville hot wing sauce and let sit for about a minute in the skillet.
- Remove patties and place on split brioche buns. Top with dill pickles and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
- Serve immediately with classic sides like fries or coleslaw.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning for your preferred heat level.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Potato or sturdy burger buns work well as alternatives.
- Bread-and-butter pickles can be used for a sweeter taste.
- Feel free to swap ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing.
