A copycat recipe for Olive Garden’s famous spinach artichoke dip. This creamy, cheesy appetizer is perfect for parties and gatherings, served hot with bread or chips.

- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, drained and chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until well combined. This is your Olive Garden spinach artichoke dip mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Notes
