Description
This Peanut Butter Fudge has a rich, moist texture with intense peanut butter flavor. It’s perfect for sharing with friends and family during the holidays.

- 7 tablespoons butter (salted)
- 2 and 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 and 2/3 cups peanut butter (15 ounces)
- 1 (7-ounce) tub marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt 7 tablespoons of butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
- Add 2/3 cup evaporated milk and stir.
- Slowly pour in 2 and 1/4 cups sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Stir until the sugar is mostly moistened.
- Keep stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil.
- Set a timer for 5 minutes and stir constantly.
- Remove from heat if it reaches 234-236 degrees F before 5 minutes.
- Add 1 and 2/3 cups peanut butter and stir quickly.
- Microwave the marshmallow creme for 15-20 seconds.
- Add the marshmallow creme to the peanut butter mixture and stir until nearly blended.
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared pan.
- Shake the pan to help the fudge settle.
- Let cool to room temperature for 2-4 hours.
- Slice into pieces and serve.
- Store covered on the counter.
- To freeze, wrap cooled fudge in plastic wrap and place in a ziplock freezer bag.
Notes
- Fudge serves about 7 people.
- Do not refrigerate the fudge.
- Use a candy thermometer for best results.
