- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup pistachio cream or spread
- 2 eggs (or pasteurized if preferred)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Cooled espresso or milk for dipping
- Pinch of salt
- Chopped pistachios for topping
- Optional: melted white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Whip eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add mascarpone and pistachio cream, blending until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in cooled espresso or milk.
- Layer ladyfingers on the bottom, followed by pistachio mascarpone cream.
- Repeat layers, finishing with cream.
- Top with crushed pistachios and drizzle melted white chocolate if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
