Description

Indulge in the deliciousness of campfire s’mores in a convenient oven-baked bar form, featuring layers of graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or shortbread base
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Optional: 1 cup shredded coconut
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment, leaving a 2-inch overhang. Lightly grease the exposed sides.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until the texture holds when pressed, then press evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust, then sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts, followed by scattering mini marshmallows on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden and marshmallows show light to medium color. For extra toasting, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end, watching carefully.
  6. Let cool on a rack for 10-15 minutes to set and use parchment overhang to lift out before cutting into bars.
