Description

Delicious S’mores Rolls: A Sweet Treat for Everyone

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. Flour your work surface and turn the dough out onto it. Using a rolling pin, gently roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the dough, followed by the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Gently press them into the dough to ensure they stick.
  5. Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight cylinder. Pinch the seam to seal the roll.
  6. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack. Serve warm.
