Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and the egg; mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool before adding a glossy glaze if desired.
- Sprinkle with edible glitter to finish and serve.
