Irresistibly Spicy Celery Stir Fry in Just 6 Minutes
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Corn Starch
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (High smoke point oil)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, finely grated
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons Fermented Black Bean Paste with Chili
- 4 cups Celery, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (Toasted)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Corn Starch, and Water until well blended.
- Add the Vegetable Oil to a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Once hot, add the Ginger, Garlic, and Fermented Black Bean Paste and stir continuously for about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the Celery pieces and cook for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Deglaze the pan with a splash of Water and stir in the prepared sauce for 1 more minute.
- Transfer the stir fry to a serving plate and top with Sesame Seeds.
