Ingredients

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

  • ½ green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (chopped)
  • 3 large tortillas (ancient grain whole wheat tortillas recommended)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, breadcrumbs, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth. Stir in the chopped peppers.
  3. Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Sprinkle one-third of the cheddar cheese on top.
