Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Sprinkle one-third of the cheddar cheese on top.

- Cut the rolled tortillas into 1-inch slices.
- Place the slices flat on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Broil the slices for 3 minutes for a crispy top.
